Use. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this site. nexusV Inc., its group companies and successors (collectively "nexusV" or "we") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

1. Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, is protected by intellectual property laws and are owned and controlled by nexusV or by other parties that have licensed their material to nexusV. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. nexusV hereby authorizes the user of the site to view, print, copy and distribute information published by nexusV on this site and related nexusV sites that may be published from time to time (nexusV Sites), provided that: (i) the information may be used internally (by the user or any third party to whom the user distributes it) only for informational purposes; (ii) no fee may be charged for distribution of any information to any third party; and (iii) any and all copyright or other proprietary notices that appear on the nexusV Sites, must appear on all copies that you make or distribute. Your terms of use do not grant to you a license hereunder to otherwise use, copy, distribute or transfer the materials on the nexusV Sites. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Terms of Use Agreement, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited.

nexusV has posted privacy policy guidelines regarding the collection and use of personal or corporate information provided to us by users. We are dedicated to protecting personal information, and will make every reasonable effort to keep that information secure.

nexusV Sites are designed to allow visitors — clients, potential clients, analysts, partners and prospective employees — to learn about and interact with nexusV. 5. Submissions

Any notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will be received by nexusV on a non-confidential basis and become the property of nexusV throughout the universe and nexusV shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised.

6. Jurisdictional Issues

(1) This site is controlled and operated by nexusV from its offices within the Province of Alberta and British Columbia. nexusV makes no representation that materials on nexusV Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

(2) This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any action you, any third party or nexusV bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to the nexusV Sites shall be brought only in the courts of the Province of Alberta, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except by nexusV.
